For weddings, we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, especially for peak season (April–October). Corporate and private events can often be arranged with 3–6 weeks' notice, though popular dates fill quickly.
Yes. Every menu can be adapted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-specific needs. Let us know in your inquiry and we'll build it into your proposal.
Food, service staff, and standard service ware are included in the base package price. China, glassware, bar service, table design, and rentals vary by package — see the Menu & Packages page for details, or ask for a full breakdown in your quote.
A $50–$300 consultation fee (based on event scope and location) covers a planning call, menu walkthrough, and, for larger events, an in-person site visit. It's fully credited toward your final package price once you book — it's never an additional cost.
We regularly cater throughout LA County, the South Bay, and the San Gabriel Valley. Orange County and Ventura County events are available with a travel fee — just mention your location when you reach out.
Complimentary tastings are included for confirmed events of 75 guests or more. For smaller events, we offer paid tasting sessions at our Atwater Village kitchen — ask your event lead to schedule one.
